Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before booking any tour package with us.

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the services provided by OnlineTourPackage (referred to as "we", "us", or "the Company"), operating from Sector 63, F-294, 2nd Floor, Noida 201301, Uttar Pradesh, India. By making a booking or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Booking & Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of the advance payment as specified in the package terms. Verbal or written enquiries do not constitute a confirmed booking. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.

  • Advance payment of 25–50% of total package cost is required to confirm a booking.
  • Full payment must be received at least 7 days before the departure date.
  • Bookings made within 7 days of departure require full payment at the time of booking.
  • Confirmation will be sent via email/WhatsApp after payment is received.

2. Pricing & Payment

All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise. Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes as mentioned in the package.

  • Package prices are subject to change without prior notice until a booking is confirmed.
  • 5% GST is applicable on all tour packages unless already included in the listed price.
  • Payment can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or other methods as communicated.
  • International transaction fees (if any) are borne by the traveler.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to cmtc@onlinetourpackage.com. The following charges apply based on the cancellation date:

  • 30+ days before departure: 10% of total package cost
  • 15–29 days before departure: 25% of total package cost
  • 7–14 days before departure: 50% of total package cost
  • Less than 7 days or no-show: 100% of total package cost (non-refundable)

Certain packages (e.g., helicopter tours, peak season packages) may have stricter cancellation terms as communicated at the time of booking.

4. Inclusions & Exclusions

Only the services explicitly listed in the package itinerary are included. Unless specifically stated, the following are excluded:

  • Airfare, train tickets, or any intercity transportation not mentioned in the itinerary
  • Travel insurance
  • Personal expenses (laundry, phone calls, tips, etc.)
  • Entry fees to monuments, parks, or attractions unless specified
  • Any meals not mentioned in the itinerary
  • 5% GST (unless included in the listed price)
  • Expenses arising due to natural calamities, strikes, or political unrest

5. Itinerary Changes

OnlineTourPackage reserves the right to modify, alter, or cancel any part of the itinerary due to:

  • Adverse weather conditions or natural disasters
  • Road closures or safety concerns
  • Government orders or restrictions
  • Force majeure events beyond our control

In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to provide suitable alternatives of comparable value. No refund will be provided for changes due to force majeure.

6. Travel Documents & Responsibilities

Travelers are solely responsible for:

  • Carrying valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar, Passport, Voter ID, etc.)
  • Obtaining required visas, permits, or passes (e.g., Inner Line Permits)
  • Ensuring their health conditions are suitable for the chosen destination
  • Obtaining travel/medical insurance before departure

OnlineTourPackage is not liable for denied entry, trip interruptions, or additional costs arising from missing or invalid documents.

7. Liability & Disclaimer

OnlineTourPackage acts as an intermediary between travelers and independent service providers (hotels, transport operators, local guides, etc.). We are not liable for:

  • Accidents, personal injuries, illness, or death during the tour
  • Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings
  • Delays, cancellations, or service failures by third-party vendors
  • Any loss arising from natural disasters, political unrest, or epidemics

We strongly recommend that all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellation, and baggage loss.

8. Code of Conduct

Travelers are expected to behave responsibly and respect local customs, cultures, and fellow travelers. OnlineTourPackage reserves the right to remove any traveler from a tour without refund if their behavior is deemed harmful, disruptive, or disrespectful to others or local communities.

9. Privacy

Personal information collected during the booking process is used solely for trip management and communication purposes. We do not sell or share your data with third parties except as required to deliver the booked services. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details.

10. Disputes & Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
