Tashkent is not only one of the ancient cities of Uzbekistan, which has more than 2000 years of history, but also a modern city, the pearl of Central Asia. All day we will visit several historical monuments and museums of the city of Tashkent:Khazrat-Imam Complex including Madrasseh Barak-Khan (XVI c.)
Jami Mosque (XIX c.), Mausoleum of Kaffal-Shoshi (XV c.), Madrasseh of Kukeldash (XV c.).

Tashkent – Samarkand
Day 2, 02.03.2019

07:30 Departure to Samarkand by high speed train Afrosiyab.
09:40 Arrival to Samarkand. Meeting at the train station. Beginning excursion program over Samarkand: "The town of Blue domes": The history of Samarkand dates back to 2500 years and more from now landmarks dated back to the times of the Timur Dynasty and is of the same importance as architectural masterpieces of ancient Egypt, China, India, Greece and Rome. We will visit:
Registan Square including: medrese Sherdor, medrese Tilla-Kori, medrese Ulugbek,
Shakhi-Zinda Architectural Ensemble (The Tomb of Kusam-bin Abbas and The Tombs of Timurids’ Prince and Princess) (14-15 cc.)
Gur-Emir Mausoleum (Amir Timur’s Tomb) (14-15 cc.),
13:00 Lunch at restaurant
15:00 Visit to The Mausoleum of Imam Al-Bukhari
Visit Oriental Bazaar Siab for shopping souvenirs and gifts

Samarkand – Bukhara

11:18 Arrival to Bukhara. Meeting at the train station. Beginning excursion program over Bukhara: Summer residence of the Last Emir of Bukhara Emir Said Alim Khan “Sitorai Mokhi Hossa” (18 cc.) and Chor-Minor Medrese (1807).
13:00 Lunch.
14:00 Continuation of excursion program over Bukhara: Chashma-Ayub Mausoleum (12-14 cc.), Bolo Khouz ensemble, Ark Ancient Fortress (11 cc. BC)

As mentioned in the holy Avesta book Bukhara is one of the most ancient Uzbek towns built on the sacred hill of spring time offerings put by Zoroastrians. The name "Bukhara" is derived from Sanskrit denoting "temple, cloister". This city was once a big commercial center on the Great Silk Road, including: Mausoleum of Samanids (9-10 cc.), Kalyan Minaret (12 cc.),Mir Arab Madrassah (15 cc.),Ulugbek Madrassah (15 cc.), Taki-Zargaron Dome Bazar (XVI), Lyabi-Khauz Mosque (XVI-XVII)
13:00 Lunch at national house of Bukhara, which was built at 18-century.
14:30 Transfer to Bukhara train station.
15:48 Departure to Tashkent by high speed train Afrosiyab.
19:40 Arrival to Tashkent, meeting at train station. Transfer to dinner.
20:00 Farewell dinner at local restaurant.
22:00 Transfer to Tashkent International Airport.
