"Special Note" 
1. The Passport should be valid for at least 6 (six) months (any other type of travel document should be valid for at least six months), beyond the intended duration of stay in the Schengen territory and with at least Two blank page to affix the visa. 
2. Permanent Account Number (PAN) is to be insisted upon while putting through permissible current account transaction of up to Rs.25000 shall now be mandatory for making all remittances under Liberalised Remittance Scheme (LRS). 
1. CANCELLATIONS: 
Following cancellation charges will be payable:

Cancellation fees will follow the schedule below and apply to all guests on the reservation. Depending on when the cruise is cancelled, cancellation charges will be assessed as stated on the Cancellation Fee Schedule. 
Reservations that are not paid in full by the final payment due date are subject to cancellation and in the event a reservation is cancelled, a cancellation fee will apply. Do note that cancellations apply on the total Gross Amount plus GST. In case of cancellation request clients may also lose some money due to difference in buying and selling rate of foreign currency, and due to bank charges. Requests for refunds must be in writing to us. Refund processing time is about 3-4 weeks weeks to get processed nexcluding Saturday& Sunday. Group passenger policies may differ. Cruise Line's Payment and Cancellation Policy is subject to change without notice. Cancellation fees will begin immediately once money has been applied to the reservation. The reservation is subject to cancellation fees according to the below schedule. Do note that there is difference in time zone and Cruise Club needs to be informed atleast 7 working days before then the Cruise Line deadline so that we are able to process the cancellation request in time. 
Note: Any cancellation must be advised immediately by Fax/E-mail and subsequently confirmed by letter to the IRCTC corporate Office, New Delhi. Cancellation charges would be applicable as per the terms and conditions of the specific tour products & services. 
1. REFUND: 
IRCTC reserves the right to determine the amount of refund value in case of Cruise Package cancellation and amendments at the behest of IRCTC. The decision on the quantum of refund will be final as that made by IRCTC. 
1. No show/en route termination of tour/amendment: 
• In case of No Show/non-arrival of the guest, no Refund/adjustment in future travel will be admissible. 
• En route termination of tour: In case of termination of tour by the guest, no refund/adjustment for future travel will be made. 
• Amendment: is admissible only during the serious health problems (supported by Doctor Certificate) and is entirely at discretion of IRCTC and further subject to availability of the seats. No refunds are permissible. Every case will be decided on merit and case-to-case basis. No amendment is permissible in case of booking of groups. 
• One time Name Change OR Date Change is allowed 30 Days prior to the date of departure (excluding the date of departure).
