My name is Pritam Gajmer (Premlal Biswakarma), 38yrs, married, we have two daughter, live in Jaigaon, Jalpaiguri-West Bengal (Bharat). I am undergraduate in Economics & mathematic course. I could not able to complete further education for financial problem. I have got to end of my education life from Chaiduar College (Guwahati University). After that I was doing small business (2years), working in a non-banking company (3years), working in a budget hotel (3years) and now I have been working in 3 star hotels since 2005 and I have been running a travel agency also from 2010. I have learned and getting lots of experience from many tourists and peoples. I can understand, what they want or expect from hotelier and travel organizers? We have good relation with hotelier. We know how to take care and handle tourists. We can fulfill their expectations, requirements, like –good hotels, good places, good vehicles, comfortable journey and reasonable rate etc. (I can say quality service).
